Hi, my name is Patricia Schultz and I am an acrylic pour artist. I live in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.
The beauty surrounding us in our island paradise inspires me to create unique artwork using acrylic paint and pouring mediums.
Using different techniques, I fashion one-of-a-kind paintings on various substrates (canvases, coasters, tiles, decorative plaques, bowls, turntables and vases) of varying shapes & sizes. Acrylic pour over Christmas ball ornaments are now available for sale.
After the paint has cured, each piece is coated with either clear gloss polyacrylic, Liquitex gloss vanish or epoxy resin to protect the colors.
I have also recently started making trays and butterflies with epoxy resin and mica powders.
