'Light Overcomes the Darkness' acrylic painting was hand poured in three stages. Dark background created, then the cross and finally the beams of lighter colors. Two coats of clear gloss polyacrylic applied to protect the colors. Unique and cannot be reproduced. Signed and dated on back of canvas. Created in a non-smoking home. This beautiful Lazy-Susan turntable is handcrafted (by my hubby) with pressed pine. Hand poured with acrylic paint medium. Acrylic colors used: pearl white, blue ice pearl, baby pink, brilliant blue, goldenrod, metallic lemon yellow, red oxide, leaf green and phthalo green. After the paint cured, applied 2 coats of epoxy resin (food safe) to protect the colors and for easy cleanup (just use damp cloth). Con-Tact Grip Liner used on base bottom. "Celestial" is an acrylic pour painting on a 14" round canvas. Colors include: black, violet, titanium white mixed with metallic silver, bright aqua green, deep magenta, purple, navy/magenta mix, burgundy and deep plum. Three coats of polyacrylic clear gloss varnish applied to canvas to protect and enhance colors. Created in a non-smoking home. Pieces are one-of-a-kind and not reproduceable.
